3 Day Training Course

From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.

Course Fee: $1500 (due 1 week prior to course)

You missed our Fall training course but if you are interested in attending a training course in November or December, fill out this form and 

 We will contact you directly to set a date that is convenient for you.

Payment  for the course can be by credit card or check. 

All Credit Card payments incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing fees. 

At least two weeks prior to the start of the course, an invoice will be emailed to you with a link to the payment center.
