Further enhancements were suggested but look what we did with just the homeowners belongings...

 

Before....Poor furniture placement blocks the traffic flow into this room, a Dog Bed  and the entertainment unit distract from fireplace and Floral wreath is too taste specific for this open, modern condo.

 

After....Neutral artwork and re-arranged furniture was all it took to create a space that is appealing to a broad spectrum of buyers.  Fido needs his bed but it needs to be put away for showings!

 

The seller had already cleared a lot of the typical kitchen clutter away.

 

We took it a little further...a Clean Front on the Refrigerator is a must when you are selling your home! Decorative handles would go a long way in this kitchen also!
