Project Management

For those of you who don’t want to “do-it-yourself”, Full Project Management is available.  Following a comprehensive consultation, Our CSD will create a custom staging plan for your home.  They will then arrange for any necessary work to be completed, including painting, repairs and any other work deemed necessary to make your home ready to sell.  They will hire contractors and supervise their work, leaving you free to do other things.

After all contract work is completed, they will stage your home based on the design plan.  They will use your existing furnishings as well as other items they feel enhance each space as detailed in your report.

Following completion of the project, your CSD will check in with you periodically to ensure that your home stays in the best possible condition while it is on the market.
