Please allow at least 2 hours in your schedule for this initial consultation. This generally takes less than two hours but varies depending on the size and condition of your home. After your CSD has toured the property, they will photograph key areas, measure where necessary and answer any questions you might have.

 

A Certified Staging Designer will come out to your home and assess its' potential. They will do a thorough walk-thru of the interior AND exterior of your home and also assess the curb appeal. 
During this visit the CSD will discuss both the positive and negative aspects of your home with you and offer solutions to increase the marketability of your home. 

 

In addition to the verbal report included with our basic service, you will receive a comprehensive, Detailed Design Plan and Report. This includes suggested furniture layouts, color scheme suggestions and landscape solutions. Each report is prepared individually so the contents will be geared toward your specific needs. This report will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days with Expedited Service.
